2 Account Registration & Security

• • You are responsible for maintaining account security, including safeguarding your password.
• • Individual plans are for personal use only; account sharing is prohibited.
• • Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

When using our services, you agree not to:

• ✗ Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

4 Service Limitations

• • We do not guarantee service availability for users in Xinjiang region.
• • Services may be affected by network environment, ISP restrictions, etc.

5 Fees & Payment

• • Service fees are based on prices published on the official website.
• • All fees are prepaid and considered consumed once paid.
• • Promo codes and promotions are subject to official announcements and may change.
• • Fees are non-refundable if your account is terminated for violating these terms.

6 Refund Policy

We offer limited refund protection. Please contact support for specific refund conditions. Generally:

• ✓ New orders with little to no usage may qualify for refunds
• ✗ Orders with significant data usage typically don't qualify
• ✗ Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds

7 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service stability and availability with a target SLA of 99.9%. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

All intellectual property rights in our services, website, client software, and related content belong to WgetCloud. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these contents without authorization.
